Biography and Experience Mike Clarke has represented municipalities, authorities and school districts in Montgomery and Bucks Counties since 1997, following over five years as a Montgomery County Public Defender. Mike is currently Solicitor for Falls Township, Borough of Conshohocken Authority, North Wales Water Authority, Schwenksville Borough Authority, Whitemarsh Township Authority, William Jeanes Memorial Library, Montgomery County Register of Wills Office, Montgomery County Tax Claim Bureau, Norristown Area School District and Pennsbury School District. Mike also serves as Solicitor to the Conshohocken Borough, North Wales Borough, and Municipality of Norristown Borough Civil Service Commissions. Mike serves as Special Counsel to East Norriton Township, Waste System Authority of Eastern Montgomery County, Bristol Township School District, and the Borough of Conshohocken Zoning Hearing Board. Prior to joining the firm, Mike worked for a litigation firm in Philadelphia where he specialized in personal injury cases and business litigation. Mike has litigated cases in eight counties in Pennsylvania as well as before the U.S. District Court, The Third Circuit Court of Appeals, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, Superior Court and Commonwealth Court. Mike recently successfully negotiated the teachers’ contract for the Norristown Area School District. Mike’s varied experience benefits his clients who are seeking innovative solutions to complex problems.
