Melissa is also very proud of her practice as a litigator. She believes strongly that the skills learned while litigating cases and in the courtroom have been very beneficial to providing services to the Firm’s municipal clients. Melissa has tried bench and jury trials, state court arbitrations, private arbitrations, argued before numerous courts of common pleas, The Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania and The Court of Special Appeals in Maryland.

Melissa was named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer Rising Star for 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013.
