Noah Marlier, Esquire joined Rudolph Clarke, LLC after serving as an assistant district attorney in Montgomery County.

However, his interest in the law developed on the other side of the world.

After graduating from James Madison University, Mr. Marlier worked as a Peace Corps volunteer in Malawi, Africa. Mr. Marlier had always had a strong sense of justice, but service in an impoverished country crystallized his understanding of fairness and called him towards the practice of law. He graduated Cum Laude from the Rutgers Camden School of Law in 2010.

Mr. Marlier enjoys municipal law because he feels that he is working for the good of the entire community. His work with townships as well as water and sewer authorities affects people in a very real way. He especially enjoys helping his clients to fully understand the legal issues that they face and the potential impact of their decisions. Much of his work has focused on litigation. He grew up in Jenkintown and resides in Springfield.  Mr. Marlier was recently named Solicitor to Montgomery County Clerk of Courts Ann Thornburg Weiss and has been serving as Solicitor for Jenkintown Borough Zoning Hearing Board.  He is excited to be part of Rudolph Clarke’s growth into Montgomery County, as to have a positive impact on the area that he calls home.

Mr. Marlier is a Democratic Committee person for the Springfield Township Democratic Committee and a big fan of Philadelphia sports. He is married and the father of two young boys.
