Aaron Kostyk concentrates his practice in municipal law, personal injury and criminal defense.  Aaron represents clients in litigation matters including personal injury, complex municipal issues and criminal defense. As a trial attorney, he has zealously represented clients in both bench and jury trials in serious cases and litigated dispositive motions.

Prior to joining Rudolph Clarke, Aaron served as an Assistant Public Defender in Montgomery County. While in that role, he served on a trial unit team. Aaron also served as the in-house DUI resource for the office: attending conferences, presenting trainings, and keeping up-to-date on legal updates and challenges.  Aaron has a strong passion for incorporating ardent advocacy into every facet of his practice whether it be representing and advising a Township or fighting for a client at trial.

A resident of Whitemarsh Township, Aaron is an active member of the Montgomery Bar Association, where he is involved with the Young Lawyers and the Montgomery Bar Association’s Leadership Academy.
