STEVE SANTARSIERO JOINS RUDOLPH CLARKE

Steve Santarsiero has joined Rudolph Clarke.  Steve will be of counsel to the Firm.   He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.  He has extensive experience in commercial litigation, land use and environmental matters. 


In addition to his years in private practice, Steve previously served as Pennsylvania’s Chief Deputy Attorney General for Environmental Protection overseeing the prosecution of environmental criminal cases and representing Pennsylvania in civil actions. 

 From 2008 through 2016 he served in the Pennsylvania State House representing the 31st District (Bucks County).  In November 2018, he was elected to the Pennsylvania State Senate representing the 10 District (Bucks County).  Steve is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School (JD), Tufts University (BA), and Holy Family University (MEd).  He and his wife Ronni live in Lower Makefield and have three children, Nancy, Billy and John.
