Libby graduated from Temple University with a B.A. in Political Science, earning Magna Cum Laude honors. She went on to receive her J.D. from Widener University Delaware School of Law in 2022, graduating Cum Laude. During her time at Widener, Libby was an active member of the Women’s Law Caucus and served as an Academic Success Fellow, assisting first-year law students with their reading and writing skills. She was also awarded best performance in Advanced Trial Advocacy.

Libby is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar and is admitted to practice in the Eastern, Middle, and Western Federal Districts of Pennsylvania. Before joining Rudolph Clarke, she worked as a litigation associate at a prominent employment law firm, where she represented clients in all stages of litigation, from drafting complaints to handling discovery, depositions, and mediations.
