Shaina is an accomplished public service Attorney who specialized in housing and homeownership preservation. Shaina is firm believer that regardless of national origin, race, color, sex, or income, each person is entitled to a fair and equitable justice system, one that is affordable and of the highest quality. Prior to joining Rudolph Clarke, LLC, Shaina was an Attorney in the Regional Housing Unit of Legal Aid of Southeastern Pennsylvania for over three years advocating on behalf of low-income and vulnerable people in the surrounding counties of Philadelphia. Shaina concentrated her practice in mortgage foreclosure defense, Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcies, and landlord tenant litigation.

After she graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice, Shaina pursued her law degree from the University of Massachusetts School of Law. Shaina interned with the Montgomery County Public Defender’s Office, the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families, and with Legal Aid of Southeastern Pennsylvania as a Pro Bono Attorney.

Shaina’s career has exemplified her commitment to improving the lives of others, serving the most vulnerable in society, and giving back to the community. Shaina was awarded the Servant of Justice Award while at UMass and was president of the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity and the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association. Further, she is sister of Delta Kappa Delta Sorority, Inc., the only South Asian-based service sorority in the nation. Currently, she is a Board of Trustee member of the Coatesville Area Public Library.
In her free time, Shaina spoils her yellow Lab, Apollo, and enjoys love and laughter with her family, friends, and the love of her life.
