Pat has a varied work history leading to starting with Rudolph Clarke in January of 2022. Prior to joining the Firm he served as general counsel to two investment funds focused on the acquisition and collection of tax lien certificates, assisting municipalities in New Jersey, Ohio, New York, Maryland and Florida with the collection of outstanding property taxes.
Before his work in the tax lien space Pat served as Vice President of Apex Mortgage Corp. While with Apex Pat oversaw the lender’s servicing functions and new loan processing. In this capacity he has experience in loan collection and delinquent loan work out, loan processing, title review, real estate sales and troubleshooting a variety of real estate related matters.

Pat assists with real estate law matters with a particular focus on tax assessment appeals. Pat focuses on tax assessment appeals for the District, as well as Norristown Area School District, Hatboro-Horsham School District, Bensalem Township School District, Pennsbury School District and the Firm’s other municipal clients. Pat, along with the Firm’s tax assessment department, has achieved significant results on appeals and negotiations on behalf of our Firm’s clients.

Pat holds a JD from the Temple University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in history from Penn State University.
In his free time Pat can be found spending time with his wife and daughters and rooting for the Nittany Lions.
