Case Example
Rudolph Clarke attorneys litigated a case that involved the construction and installation of public sanitary sewers in a large section of a municipality. In 2011, the Authority was named in a lawsuit filed by a group of non-residential property owners that wanted to avoid paying their fair share of construction costs. In July 2014, after several years of litigation, the Commonwealth Court ruled that the Property Owners would be required to pay their fair share of the construction costs. Without the ruling, the residents of the municipality would have been forced to bear the costs of the construction project.
