Rudolph Clarke, LLC and the Montgomery County Treasurer’s Office Conducted an Upset Tax Sale Collecting over $1,900,000 for Montgomery County

Rudolph Clarke Managing Partner Mike Clarke, assisted by Attorney Alex Glassman, conducted an Upset Sale of tax delinquent properties for the Montgomery County Tax Claim Bureau on September 21, 2017. Mike and Alex, working with Montgomery County Treasurer Jason E. Salus and his staff, helped sell 35 tax delinquent properties that collected a total of $1,947,200.01. Of that amount, approximately $466,636.30 will be returned to Montgomery County in addition to numerous Townships, Boroughs and School Districts.
