Sara J. Johnson concentrates her practice on the Firm’s municipal clients, with a focus on Education Law.  A former Bucks County Deputy District Attorney, Sara spent years prosecuting the sexual abuse of children and domestic abuse. She also led the overhaul of the Bucks County DA Office’s first-time offender program for nonviolent crimes.

Sara previously served on the Upper Dublin School Board in Montgomery County, where she chaired the Policy Committee and served as the board liaison to the Teachers’ Union. She was first appointed in 2014 and was elected to a four year term in 2015.   Sara’s extensive experience with complex legal issues combined with her fluency in education policy matters makes her a powerful advocate for our School District clients.
