On October 19, 2021, Rudolph Clarke, LLC, Attorney Alex Glassman gave a presentation to the Pennsylvania County Treasurers’ Association as a part of their annual fall seminar in State College, Pennsylvania.

Alex provided updates on how proposed legislation would impact the Treasurers’ offices in addition to teaching the newly elected Treasurers how to read a bill. This was Alex’s first fall seminar after the Association appointed him to be their solicitor in February of 2021.
