Rudolph Clarke, LLC is very pleased to announce that the firm was appointed and Partner Peter C. Amuso will serve as the Solicitor to the Upper Darby Zoning Hearing Board. The appointment was made at the February 27th meeting of the Zoning Hearing Board. Mr. Amuso will advise the Zoning Hearing Board on all matters of zoning law and procedure, including the conduct of hearings and the issuing of opinions and decisions.
