Rudolph Clarke attorneys Nicole Feight and Alexander M. Glassman were recently appointed by Yardley Borough to serve as special counsel for Right-to-Know matters.

Nicole and Alex have experience assisting numerous Townships, Boroughs, Counties, School Districts, and Sewer/Water Authorities with compliance with the ever-changing Right-to-Know Law. They have also been tremendously successful in litigating Right-to-Know matters before both the Pennsylvania Office of Open Records and Courts of Common Pleas. In working with numerous clients, they strive to bring a strategic, yet cost-effective approach.

As a result of the successful representation of numerous clients, Nicole is widely regarded as an expert in Right-To-Know Law and has presented Continuing Legal Education (“CLEs”) classes on this subject, in addition to providing training to both elected officials and employees. Nicole has also presented CLE programming for the Pennsylvania School Boards Association and has been a contributing editor to the Pennsylvania School Law Handbook.
