Rudolph Clarke Leads Again at Annual PSBA School Law Workshop

On Monday, October 31st, the Pennsylvania School Board Solicitors Association (PSBSA) held its annual School Law Workshop in conjunction with the PSBA School Leadership Conference in the Poconos. Speaking to a statewide audience of school district solicitors, superintendents, and school board members, Rudolph Clarke attorney Nicole Feight gave her popular annual update on developments in Right-to-Know law and Open Records issues. Nicole answered audience questions on an array of topics, including the developing caselaw on specificity issues, and how copyright laws may play into how school districts respond to requests. As usual, there was a line of audience members afterwards seeking Nicole’s thoughts on particular cases. Nicole continues to give our clients cutting-edge representation on this complicated area of the law.

Also at the Workshop, Firm Partner Peter Amuso was re-elected to the PSBSA Board of Directors to second two-year term, representing all of Montgomery, Bucks, Delaware, Chester Counties, as well as Philadelphia, on the Board. Peter has presented at several recent School Solicitor Symposiums, and is a frequent speaker at the monthly PSBSA School Solicitor Exchanges. Peter is proud to represent Southeastern Pennsylvania in statewide discussions of the critical legal issues that impact all school districts.
