LAUREN A. GALLAGHER NAMED PARTNER AT RUDOLPH CLARKE, LLC

Attorney Lauren Gallagher assists with successful sewer Authority BidFounding Partner Ed Rudolph and Managing Partner Mike Clarke are pleased to announce that Lauren Gallagher has been named Partner at the Firm.  Lauren joins Ed, Mike, and Mike Barbiero and Peter Amuso as Partners of the Firm.

Lauren, a 2007 graduate of Temple University’s Beasley School of Law, joined the Firm in 2010.  Lauren concentrates her practice on municipal law, serving as the Solicitor for the Borough of Conshohocken Authority and the Richland Township Water Authority.  Lauren also serves as the Assistant Solicitor for Falls Township, Bensalem Township and Abington Township.

“From the outset Lauren was a tremendous asset for the Firm and our municipal clients.”  Ed Rudolph commented.  “Her ability to excel at all aspects of municipal law, from drafting ordinances, reviewing land development agreements and handling various litigation matters has made her invaluable to our clients.”

During her time with the Firm Lauren has been involved in all aspects of representation of the Firm’s municipal clients including litigation matters, multi-million dollar asset purchase transactions, labor negotiations, and all of the day-to-day operations of the municipalities she represents.

In the community, Lauren volunteers as a Board Member for Camp Rainbow, Inc., a non-profit camp for deserving youth in Montgomery County, serves as the Chair of the Lansdale Democratic Committee, and the Secretary for the North Penn Democratic Committee.

Lauren and her fiancé Keith live in Lansdale.
