Lauren, a 2007 graduate of Temple University’s Beasley School of Law, joined the Firm in 2010.  Lauren concentrates her practice on municipal law, serving as the Solicitor for the Borough of Conshohocken Authority and the Richland Township Water Authority.  Lauren also serves as the Assistant Solicitor for Falls Township, Bensalem Township and Abington Township.

“From the outset Lauren was a tremendous asset for the Firm and our municipal clients.”  Ed Rudolph commented.  “Her ability to excel at all aspects of municipal law, from drafting ordinances, reviewing land development agreements and handling various litigation matters has made her invaluable to our clients.”

“There is a reason Lauren represents large and active municipalities like Falls, Bensalem and Abington.”  Mike Clarke added.  “Large municipalities require someone who pays attention to the smallest detail but can also handle large and complex matters.  Our clients deserve the same level of service whether it is drafting a simple agreement or when advising the Board on controversial land development proposals.  Lauren delivers that level of service day in and day out.”

During her time with the Firm Lauren has been involved in all aspects of representation of the Firm’s municipal clients including litigation matters, multi-million dollar asset purchase transactions, labor negotiations, and all of the day-to-day operations of the municipalities she represents.
