MichaelBarbieroThe disciplinary system in Pennsylvania is a peer-review system which permits any attorney a hearing in front of a panel of volunteer attorneys before any disciplinary actions can be taken against them. Michael has chosen to invest his personal time by accepting this appointment where he will participate in hearings, review evidence, read briefs and write detailed reports to guide the Disciplinary Board and the Supreme Court in their determinations.
